- My club started to register but now I cannot start again?
When you initially register your clubs email address but don't go through to the final payment page, you will not be able to start again using the same email address. If this happens then go to the "Renew Membership" icon at the top of the screen and put the email address and password that you originally used. Pay via the usual channels, unless this is your first years registration in which case you should be sent to a "confirmation of membership" page. Once confirmed, login to your account and input all your contact details and facilities. If you do not do this then you will not receive your flyer and welcome letter, even though you have registered!

When you initially register your email address and you don't go through to the final payment page, you will not be able to start again using the same email address. If this happens then go to the "Renew Membership" icon at the top of the screen and put the email address and password that you originally used. Enter your card details through the payment pages. Once payment has been received login to your account and input all your contact details and playing standard. If you do not do this then you will not receive your membership card, even though you have paid!
- I cannot login?
If you are having trouble logging in, firstly, make sure you haven't got the caps lock on. If not then please click this link to send the password to your email address. If you still cannot logon please ensure that your club has confirmed your membership, an email will be sent to you automatically upon confirmation, if you have not received this email then after two weeks please contact your club. If this still doesn't work click on the link and send us a note, and we'll sort it out as soon as possible.
