In order to fully benefit from theclubnetwork a few simple steps can enhance the use and enjoyment of these facilities.

• Ensure that theclubnetwork flyer is in a prominent position, ideally on the main club notice board with additional copies on each of the individual sports notice boards. Flyers can be downloaded here.
• Send out an email to your members about all the additional benefits they can now receive, especially with regards to the added clubs they can now play at whilst away on holiday or on a business trip.
• If you have a news letter or magazine add our logo (which can be downloaded here) with a caption to it highlighting the benefits and ensuring that members and potential new members know of the advantages your club now provides.
• At your AGM announce the clubs affilliation to theclubnetwork and tell members they can now participate.
• When advertising externally, add an additional point that you've become a member of theclubnetwork, so that members and new members can utilise this new facility.
